Pros

Eufy c210 works with google home and alexa. Works great to be able to lock/unlock the door without a key or even a smart phone. Works on all the doors which is helpful and created an alexa routine to lock them as well. Works well with alexa but not so... Read More

The app is very user friendly and integrates nicely if you have other eufy products. I like that eufy is a standalone product that doesn't need a monthly subscription. Top notch customer service on a faulty product.

Cons

Eufy generated and emailed the label to me. The code pad works fine but the app does not work at all.

The battery life on this lock is horrible! The battery dies every 2 to 3 weeks. Our nest door bell holds a charge for nearly a year.

Can’t lock it with single click. One tap literally means one tap and not hold.

I was on the fence about a smart lock at first due to their vulnerabilities but in all reality any lock only keeps an honest person out.

Price

Got a great deal on prime days.

We were looking for a keyless entry that allowed us to lock/unlock from our phones (wi-fi) and this works great at an affordable price!

Not a huge deal, but it's an additional app in my phone now.

Shipping

Also, mine came without instructions (it was a refurb) and eufy customer service was very helpful in getting me up and running quickly.

Packaging/appearance

We have a few other eufy products in the house, so i gave this a look.

Competitiveness

I have used more expensive smart locks from schlage and yale and prefer this for several reasons in addition to the price.

We have cove security that uses eufy so we got the same brand to hopefully connect it.
