Pros
It works very well; super easy to dump contents and easy to switch attachment. Be careful when emptying the canister. Only downside is it has a small canister for dirt but it's easy to empty.
Two batteries make this vacuum an outstanding value. Battery needs to be removed from the vacuum to charge but a fully charged second battery resolves any issues.
Old woman no longer needs to stoop to check under beds. A little loud but not bad. Lightweight and gets under very low cabinets, beds and sofas.
Cons
The overall build quality feels flimsy and lacks durability. Was a complete waste of time and energy cleaning it out millions of times. It is extremely hard to clean the hair off the roller, it really gets tangled up. Not powerful or robust.
Despite a 4-5 hour charge time, it only lasts 30-40 minutes. It’s been four months awaiting a refund. Still no refund.

There is ample power the swivel joint functions well but there seems to be a lot of focus on form rather than function
