Product works great and is still going strong but needs new filters.

Approximately $25 later for the glider and shipping i received the necessary plastic glider.
You push a button to release the vacuum, and just snap right on the steamer.
Packaging/appearance
It just seemed that years of dirt, dust and whatever came out of the rug so quickley, it is just amazing.
Competitiveness
It'd be nice if they made a liquid you could add to the steam (say a capful) that was double duty as a mild cleaner and a mild decalcifier.
This machine more than met my expectations.

I did find the exact model in 2 places big lots and groupon for way less 65 at bl and 139 at groupon but it was too late

The vac and steam are actually 2 different bases

I have to sweep then use the hose which is very short

It works very well but the hose is short almost doesnt serve a purpose to me

I just leave the mop head in the kitchen in a corner so after i vacuum i just switch it over run the mop then just switch it back to the vacuum before putting it away
