Shipping

Before i knew where it had broken much to my surprise, grohe sent me a replacement part and even paid for the shipping.

Packaging/appearance

It has great flow and i like that the handle fits snugly back into the spout.

Competitiveness

Installation is a breeze as all you have to do is tighten the supply lines and mount it with a 17mm mounting nut.

Really easy to install and very well priced

I would gladly pay more for a well-made item, that i did not have to replace so often.

My bottom line is that it's a good-looking faucet with nice functional features, but don't plan on it lasting a lifetime!
