It wasn’t hard either but was not easy and the instructions were useless to be honest because they skipped a step or two and then what you should be doing in the middle they don’t show you until the end

Only complaint i have is that it often slides over as he is getting in blocking the buckle which is probably a problem with any booster that doesnt clip into the car
