Price
I babysit for my nephew and this was a good price and a known product.
It's a highly-rated cost effective option without a lot of bells and whistles, which is exactly what we needed.
I purchased a smaller cosco carseat for less money and got what i paid for.
However, for the price it suits our needs.
Packaging/appearance
Our package came with attachable cupholders, however ours do not have the place you are supposed to hook them.
I have been reading around that this seat came with cupholder that was not in my box.

Its an okay carseat she never complained about it being uncomfortable and we even took it with us on a crosscountry airplane trip it fit in the southwest airplane seats and we used the straps to attach it to our rolling carryon bag for moving it around the airport during a layover

One big complaint though is that the cupholder is completely useless

Its two pieces with one piece clipping into the side of the seat and the other being the cupholder itself that slots into that in such a way that it will stay upright normally but as soon as its weighted down with anything you know like a drink the top part that keeps it locked upright gets pulled away from the base and all thats left attaching it is a circular piece that will easily tip over spilling a drink or causing a closed water bottle to just fall out onto the floor
