    I thought it was level but once i tightened the seat i had to loosen it up and place the pool noodle under the seat and retighten the seat as it was illegal after being tightened without the pool noodle

    Our other carseats require you to press a button or squeeze something to allow the belt to attach to the latch system bar

    To release the buckle from the latch system bar you pull firmly on a tiny red cord that is on each buckle and it pops off
