If you purchase this just know it does not come with a heavy bag hanger and you will need to purchase one separately which will run you about 10 15

Empty the bag contains shredded clothes and 810 sand bags stuff in a bit of the material then one sand bag and another layer of material etc etc if you have the time and want to stuff it perfectly grab a broom stick and shove the material down the sides as your packing your heavy bag
