Pros

The quality of the material and padding is very good. Sturdy and durable for 3 little boys. It is very sturdy!

Use the * the bottom and connect it to something heavy (like a dumbbell) to help it from moving too drastically. Easy to install and amazing to punch.

Cons

Do not be deceived. The bag has a broken zipper and some of the fibers were spilled out of the punching bag.

The only reason i am giving this 4/5 stars and not 5 is because the zipper is broke off right out of the package.

Heavy and way more heavy than advertised, that thing was way more than 70lbs !
