Pros & Cons
Pros
Plenty of cathartic time to spend whaling the living daylights our of this certifiably inanimate punch-friendly object. Great bag for boxing and mma workouts.
Cons
Description claims outer layer is faux leather, but it is not. The description says synthetic leather but the bag is canvas.
Highlights
Quality
Great quality heavy bag for the money.
I’ve practiced ground and pound, takedowns and throws with the bag and it has held up well to all of my abuse.
Get some quality gloves because the canvas is hard and can tear up your hands in you aren't careful.
Coming off the standard leather bags i was concerned with the feel of landed punches/kicks.
Packaging/appearance
Ready to use out of the box, easy install.
In several months of near daily beatings it looks like it did when i pulled it out of the box.
Competitiveness
If you are lighter (under 180lbs) and just beginning boxing this bag will be a solid choice.
I'm 5'6 weigh in another 155lbs but when i competed i would fight around 135lbs.
