Pros

It dampens the vibration and it's big enough and contours around the top of the platforms. Holds great for jabs but okay against roundhouse kicks.

Works like a charm. For the price and minimal effort, definitely worth it.

The d-ring attachment point looks so novice/newby in appearance. Just poorly made.
