You can definately feel it working your abs however it can be quite difficult to use properly with correct form

Have only just started using so am working my way up slowlybut can feel my tummy muscles pullingthe wheel doesnt slip and feels strong and the grips on the handle keep your hands still and where they should bewould definatley recomend to anyone
