This ball has great grip and texture. Very good from my home virtual on zoom practice.
It is what i expected, but sturdier than expected. Seems very durable. Il est très solide. Better than a beanbag chair.
Cons
Ball i received is only 45cm when inflates not 55cm as it says it is on the box. Comes with a guide to show how full to inflate it and this ball won't inflate anymore. It deflates after two days. This is false advertising.

I should of gotten 65cm but i didn’t fully inflate this ball so it worked for late pregnancy and early labour

Ot wasn’t too hard to inflate jut annoying because there was no measuring tape so i had to use something else and made it a bit harder

So far ive been using it for various moves for about a week and i havent noticed any drop in inflation
