Pros

It's just as pictured and durable. Sturdier and better material than off brand products.

I normally stand further away and punch from a distance range so the base doesn't get flexed as much and increase the risk of it breaking.

The reflex bag gives as good as it takes. Good for practicing pivoting and slipping. Takes a good amount of force unlike a speed bag.

Cons

There are 3 moving pieces to this devise and 2 have broken with use. This is a total disappointment and i hope everlast recalls this piece of *.

Sturdier and better material than off brand products.

Basically, can be hit bare handed pitty pat like a speedbag for some hand conditioning.

If you don't want to hang a real speedbag and you don't need a heavy bag, this might fill the bill.
