It is nice that this set comes with three different levels of resistance though it feels like i while before i can move up from the easiest to middle resistance

But yes they fit most hands well and have a texture like an orange peel and silicon like feeling of slight tackiness that means you will not struggle to keep it in hand if you work up a sweat
