You have to assemble it yourself but it is quite straight forward, unfortunately that too is stuck in my kitchen along with the punch bag.

The stand is fine only one of the sticks for putting waits is missing

Took me about an hour to fix it all together but its a good strong frame i had to buy 2 sand bags to weight it down and a chain to stabilise the bag at the bottom to stop it from swinging everywhere
