Quality
He is totally delighted with this product .
The gloves are a waste of time, hence the 4 stars infact thay are too big for me and i'm 6'3 but overal i am pleased with the purchase.
This in no way affects the product though.
The only downside is the screw connecting the head with the pole.
Price
All-in-all i would very much recommend this product at the price.
Packaging/appearance
I would recommend to the manufacturers to change the the said fitting from plastic to metal.

I also found the ball wanted to unwind so i applied some ptfe tape and no probs now
