It is compatible with the cotton terry saferest mattress protector.
Cons
Pillowcase is not good quality. They seem to trap the air like a ziplock back and inflate around the pillow. One of the pillowcases has the zipper only partially sewn.
This pillow protector is not breathable at all! The product description says you can dry on low but the product tag says air dry only. Wanted to love, but not waterproof.

They are good value and soft so they don’t make pillow uncomfortable like others i tried.

They are thick enough to do the job not like the thin once’s that still leave your pillows stained like when you have little ones using the pillows
