Pros
The price of these pillow protectors is great. Was purchased for an elderly person. Would highly recommend these protectors.
Fits extra long sized twin mattress and comes with 2 zippered pillowcases. It protects the mattress from drool and wet-dog smell.
Cons
The product is a slipper mattress cover. It is loud and plastic. The fabric does not move well, it's like a thick cheap plastic bag, that russles and crunches underneath your head. The pillow cases are also noisy.
Good for waterproofing, bad for keeping sheets on the bed. It’s not waterproof. After just a few washes in cold water as directed and hanging to dry the pee goes right through to the mattress and no longer works.

Cannot actually rate the water resistant feature as i have only just started to use it and haven't run across this problem.
Price
I like everything about these pillow covers, especially the price.
I actually didn’t expect much for the price, but am pleased with what i got.
I believe the price could be less than 50$ like 35$ worth it but a little over priced.
Packaging/appearance
I ordered a king size mattress cover which came with 2 pillowcases!
Competitiveness
These are way better than the ones i bought from the brand name mattress/bed chain in our area.

Typically i would prefer something with a thicker and softer top cotton layer but i find id have to wash those more often then this
