There is a bag inside the zippered covered pillow which contains extra foam. Give it 24 hours to expand and add more stuffing if needed. The cooling case is perfect for the hot summer days!

I love how customizable it is! I am so picky about my pillow and this one has become my absolute favorite. Great quality especially for the price. I may order a spare to have for whenever this one needs replacing.

The foam shifts around and becomes lumpy. It flattens and becomes hard. The fill is a mix of standard low quality foam that's been dyed green.

First of all, i was a little skeptical, because it came in at a lower price point than some of the higher rated pillows.

I didn't like the price, but the pillow itself is very comfortable.

Shipping

After contacting company directly and sending a photo they immediately sent a complete replacement.

It arrived the other day and i unpacked it from a small box and followed directions.

Packaging/appearance

The pillow is perfect for me the way it came.

At first the box was small and we didn’t know what to expect.

Recommend washing cover in a laundry bag for delicate items to protect it.
