Pros & Cons
Pros

This back stretcher is phenomenal. Great quality for thinner people less than 200 pounds.
I have 2 ruptured discs in my lower back and they will pinch my sciatic nerve. I have severe scoliosis with a twist and this is very helpful.
The arch setting is adjustable to 3 different positions. As for sturdiness, the arch is made of a flexible plastic. The center has a cushioning strip of rubber for the backbone.
Cons
On level 1, the stretcher flattens out providing no relief. The board is super weak plastic that is super flimsy. You're supposed to put the strap through the back of the brace, then tighten. But the strap is a closed loop!

After probably a dozen times of using it the device began to collapse under my weight.
I purchased this device and when adjusted to the least aggressive position it it provided a lot of pain relief.

And it helps(i could add a fourth … it’s inexpensive … but no word for 4 sounds as cool as ‘trifecta.
