Pros
The pillow's premium texture hints at its durability and long-lasting quality. This is kinda hot. Very nice stitching.
The softness and hardness are just right. The memory foam is soft but supportive. It is firm without being uncomfortable.
The shaping effect is good and can be fixed. The instructions say you can remove one of the lateral layers if you want to make it thinner. It has a 2 piece pillow insert so you can customize the desired comfort.
Worth the money for a comfy pillow. My only drawback is the size of the pillow looks tiny on a king-sized bed.
Cons
There is always an adjustment period with a new pillow, but this one just did not work. I've never been challenged by a pillow.

It is much more comfortable than my old (big-name brand) memory foam pillow.
This cervical neck pillow is very similar to my "previous" favorite pillow, but this one has the feature of being able to remove a 1.

I am mostly a side sleeper at least i fall asleep on the side but half the time i will wake up on my back so i need something that would be ok for both positions
