Pros
Both sides are cool, which is what i wanted. It's sensory-friendly and feels soft and cool. The softness of the cooling side reminds of a blanket i had when i was little.
Cons
This activity is not conducive to sleeping. No cooling here. Weird fabric, not cooling at all. Within less than a month of purchase, this thing is already full of pills.

It take about 30 minutes to cool the core temperature but ive had the first good sleep in a few months
