The only drawback is that in coach, you have to remove your purse from underseat storage to have room for your feet to hang. It fit nicely into my backpack, and is really convenient.

The straps do not work very well for adjusting. Basically a hassle to elevate your feet, or extend the bend of your knees.

Easy to use, just hook to tray table.
After getting to cruising altitude, i set the footrest up, as per instructions, and i had a pretty comfortable longgggg flight.
Legs did not hurt from the impact of the seat because of the ability to use this foot support.
