Pros
After a few days you feel the difference in knees, and hips, and my sleep has improved greatly. Occasionally i sleep without it and the difference the next day is very obvious.
Cons
When the sponge is being used it squashes to about 1 inch thick which is not thick enough, disappointed with this item.
