I raised a possible issue with them by email on december 18 something on which they could have quibbled but they didnt

Despite the intervening weekend i received a new cushion by december 22 and as their warranty says they did not even ask me to return the first cushion

The first cushion i bought based on amazon ratings was very poor quality and was returned immediately
