The lumbar support appears to be well made. I no longer experience the stiffness and discomfort that used to plague me after hours of sitting. It will help with that * posture you've got.

The straps on this keep both marvelously in place (unlike just plain chair pillows). They are elastic and come with an extension that can be removed. It contours with the body. Really appreciated the extra straps for extension.

I now find myself more focused and productive in my car thanks to the added comfort and support this product provides. I'm hoping they'll work on my office chair at work. Overall, happy with 2 of 3 purposes.

The pillow is too thick and pushes me way too far forward on the seat. The adjustable straps are of poor quality. The straps that go around the back need to have more grip-it is elastic and keeps sliding down the back of the chair.

It has too much depth and therefore it could be thinner. I have another lumbar cushion for my computer chair and it is much firmer than this. The foam is not hard enough.
