Pros

Came well packaged and with instructions on how to clean. You feel like the seams are riding into the center of your behind. Amp; has a non-slip bottom so it doesn't move when i get off andamp; on.

This cushion molds around the fracture, giving it support without putting pressure on it. Definitely helps with sciatica by helping with ergonomic position. This cushion is a real back saver.

Cons

Cushion hurts my back. Hurts my hip. Doesn't seem like great memory foam to me, we have 2 nectar memory foam beds, definitely not the same.
