The footrest is soft and comfortable but firm enough that it doesn't just squish to the ground. The cover is velvety and so nice on bare feet! The washable outside fabric is a bonus.

Cons

Memoryfoam cushion is pretty stiff. New one is super stiff and the old one is much softer. Very lightweight and slid as well.

It is comfortable, but it does not relieve pain or provide any pressure point relief for the feet. It's little narrow.

It compresses way too easily, and i end up using something much harder to rest my feet on. There is a manufacturer defect and mine has lost it's firmness.

It's nice and soft and completely useless for me. But my main gripe is, its to soft!
