It is easily adjustable and has padding in all the right places. Once on, it fits comfortably and can easily forget it's there. No discomfort, adjustable to fit various sized frames.

Overall, i'm pleased with the vest's performance; it's been a great tool for training and diversifying my workouts.
In general, i tend to scoff at gear that goes for the tacticool style.
I've done several runs and several workouts and have seen no wear you could associate with poor quality.

I used to be 320lbs and even at 300 i think i would have issues strapping into this because the straps wouldn’t be long enough but you can still wear it it just won’t be as securely fastened to your body
