The material used in the vest feels high quality and the stitching makes me confident that this will last a while. This bundle is hands down the best bang for the buck.

This is a sleek-looking and well-put-together weighted vest. A total weight of 14lbs is included with the vest, its distributed in the form of two heavy-duty powder-coated 5.

Once on, it fits comfortably and can easily forget it's there. It is comfortable enough if you want to lie on a bench with it on, which reduces the amount of time spent taking the vest on and off. The shoulders are comfortable.

Cons

The only thing that keeping the metal plates in the vest is velcro, front ans back. After using the vest a few times, the loose shoulder strap pads are awful. Injuring me and damaging my treadmill belt.
