Pros

The tucking part is critical in keep the plates from slipping out.

This is a great way to add more challenge to your workouts whether it’s cardio or body weight workout. Velcro is nice and strong. The velcro straps holds in place when doing activities,plus more weight can be added.

This is a sleek-looking and well-put-together weighted vest. A total weight of 14lbs is included with the vest, its distributed in the form of two heavy-duty powder-coated 5.

Put the vest on, tighten it to your body and just walk around with it on for a while. The cummerbund is really easy to adjust quickly. It is easily adjustable and has padding in all the right places.

It is comfortable enough if you want to lie on a bench with it on. This reduces the amount of time spent taking the vest on and off. The shoulder support is comfortable.

Cons

The only thing that keeping the metal plates in the vest is velcro, front ans back. After using the vest a few times, the loose shoulder strap pads are awful. Injuring me and damaging my treadmill belt.
