Pros & Cons
Pros
These are great bandages to have on hand. Time is of the essence when you have an open wound and having these in my first aid kit made it less stressful. Highly recommend these for hiking or camping backpack first aid.
These are very thick and cushiony. They're very absorbent and the thickness offers some impact protection for the underlying wound. These are less slices of honey and more calcium alginate pads infused with honey.
Calcium alginate is used in the fabrication of the dressing because of its ability to absorb exudate. Seems to help with the wound drying fast compared to when we just use neosporin on it. These dressings are carefully engineered to maintain the ideal... Read More
Highlights
Quality
These are very thick and cushiony + thanks to the calcium-alginate will absorb a very large amount of fluid.

Each alginate dressing is sterile and not made with rubber or latex.
Price
There are little pricey but not having to coat a wound with raw honey and cleaning up a sticky mess more than makes up for the cost.
These seem a little pricey if you don't regularly buy this stuff, but they are comparable, so i'd say the value is good.
Packaging/appearance
Each pad is individually wrapped and i love how they packaged it.
I wish all dressings were packaged this way -- it makes so much more sense that easily damaged paper wrappings.
The packages open by pulling the two tabs apart at the top and revealing the dressing inside.
This box contains 10 of the 2" x 2" gauze squares.
Competitiveness
I know there has been a lot of recent research into the benefits of manuka honey in wound treatment so i was happy to find these.
