I was absolutely not disappointed in any way, it works exactly as it should and seems quite well made.
First off ignore the review calling this camera trash, it could not be more offbase!

I did have some issues with my dvr system getting the camera to move the proper directions but im not going to hold that against the camera as it was at least moving on command

The ir led setup is pretty neat they are embedded all around the black bezel and light up based on the direction the camera is pointing

Cabing can pass thru the rear of the wall mount but does not pass thru the ceiling mount

You need to handle cabling separate as neither mount will act a cover for it but that isnt something that is out of place for some ptz units just need to plan installation accordingly
