Could not get on with it kept disconnecting from bluetooth had to find device everytime i wanted to do something with it so missed alerts for incoming calls and texts

It should be sold as a pedometer because counting the steps is the only thing working on the watch

I have synchronized the app with the watch but the only exercise working on the watch is step counting

I have now deleted the app and the watch is in the bin

Second email from them was offering a partial refund this was on 21st july to which i said a full refund would be great as the watch is in the bin and they are misleading the customers by selling this watch as the best fitness activity tracker and in fact is only a simple pedometer
