Pros
The basket is padded and holds 3 large apples. Already paid itself off for home orchard use. For my purposes, picking figs on an overgrown tree, i need something that can pull down branches that are generally pretty flexible.
Long reach capability so that you can aim from a shallower angle helps relieve some of the neck strain risk in what is inherently a neck-straining job. Easy to miss the fruit or sling them on accident at that length, takes some practice.

Base of handle tubing became dislodged from the remaining tubing within first 2 weeks of residential use harvesting mangos. The basket continually unscrews. When you add any side to side pulling, the pole bends very easily. Received defective product.... Read More

Works great, extends far, is sturdy and easy to use.
The wire has bent a couple of times when i accidentally caught it on a branch but it was easily bent back with no issues.
Doesn’t take up much room for storage after using.

I would get more i needed because the price is right.

I did not like the second shipment of the same product and could not cancel the order the item had not been shipped.
The manufacturer sent the basket quite quickly and now it's usable.
