Don't take this book for what it's not : it isn't a complete chinese cookbook on banquet menus and full authentic recipe.

I haven't always got a lot of time in the kitchen and many of the recipes are quick and packed with the wonderful flavours we wanted.
Cant wait for that to arrive too.

I have had to tape the spine of the book back on and the pages are splattered with oil and sauce the hallmark of a wellloved and used cookbook
