Packaging/appearance
The world building is impeccable - i wanted to visit every doorway, see each of them brought to life on the screen too.
Competitiveness
I did not know what i was getting into when i chose to listen to every heart a doorway by seanan mcguire, and i have no regrets.
The characters weren't as dimensional as they possibly could have been, but it was still interesting enough to pull me along.
Although, that also speaks to mcguire’s writing.
I really enjoyed the worldbuilding behind mcguire's version of portal fantasy.
