This is the nicest paper towel holder i have ever had. Works exactly as advertised. Pretty straightforward and does all that it promises.
With its substantial weighted base and tensioned core, the dispenser may be used one-handedly without tipping over. It works well and provides the advertised one-hand operation.

You can screw off the top for easier reloading of a new roll but the bounty rolls i buy slip right over the top with the ball on and then stays secure
