Not sure what “softness” has to do with it so i declined rating that aspect

My one peeve with it is that you have to pull the piece of paper towel out past the tail which you lift toward you to release the sheet of paper towel a bit or it will tear raggedly instead of tearing neatly down the dotted line

The only issue that i am having is that i haven’t been able to get the paper towel off this one handed by looking at the only one picture provided on this product i assumed that the dog tail would help in tearing the paper towel one handed but hasn’t worked for me

I have to admit i am not sure if i am doing something wrong that i can not do it one handed or not but had this product had a video to show and give more details i could at least see what the right way would be
