Chocolate is used to season and enhance meats and stews. The hazelnut chocolate biscotti are so good and easy. It's a food processor cake.

The distinct lack of savory dishes is the only criticism i have of this book so far. This just elevates them. There are some overlaps here and there, but for the most part the chapters are separated well.

The only criticism i have of this book is omitting such from a book with the word "everything" in the title.

This is the smoothest frozen chocolate custard you're ever going to eat, and the best part is, it's made without an ice cream machine.

You can almost taste the creamy chocolatey frostings, the richness and moistness of the cakes, the light airiness of whipped mousse.

Honestly every time i open this book i get distracted by the images, it’s like being hypnotized.

What is distinctly missing is any material for savory dishes.

For the price of this book and the contents of the book really can’t be beat at all.

Perfect christmas gift for people you don't know well (new sister in laws!

All in all this hard cover is packed to the brim with full color photographs of each and every recipe with something sure to entice!

My favorite recipe here was the chocolate orange angel food cake, though i omitted the teaspoon of grand marnier in the recipe.
