Super sturdy, definitely you can hang something - even a little heavy - on these magnets without them slipping down the fridge.
These are super strong heavy duty hooks.
Last year the magnets i used allowed the plastic calendar holder to slide on the whiteboard so i ended up taping my holder.
(magnetic rods didn't have strong enough magnets) these do a great job.
