Pros
Pills are small and easy to *. I have just been feeling more stamina while at the gym. Easy to * and don't make me nauseas when taken on an empty stomach like some multis will do.
I'm active and have tried multiple multivitamins that fit my lifestyle. Vitamode gives me the necessary energy to get through each day.
As a gastric sleeve patient, it's necessary for me to take 4 multi vitamins a day. This multi vitamin has everything you need for daily vitamins in a man. Hits all essential vitamins and is easily stackable with their other products.
Cons
Vitamin d was listed at 5,000 iu per serving, and now 125 mcg. Solid pills are never as good as powdered capsules. Theres no need for such high doses of vitamins and minerals when most of it will just be peed out.
The product is ok but pricey for what you get. I am very disapointed after reading so many reviews stating how good of a multivitamin it is.

They are great and have what i crave not to be confused with brawndo as that has what plants crave
Seems to do what it’s supposed to do as far as multivitamins go
I’ve tried a few different brands but i keep coming back to vitamode i’m a believer
I have never found a reason to buy another brand and i will continue to purchase it as long as they sell it

If you do find something cheaper or that has more supplements or amounts just look and see the 34serving size34 because usually its like 4

Granted i have not been eat so well for a bit probably a bit deficient in something so if you want to try to get back on track i highly recommend this product
