Pros

The evoluent vm4r mouse is a great ergonomic solution for people who are experiencing persistent wrist or forearm pain. As i have had tendon problem in my arm the mouse helps and it was reccomended by my physio therapist.

The mouse comes with a proprietary software that allows you to control various settings (button mapping, pointer speed, scroll speed etc. It's the 'back' button by default and i have to watch out for it typing this review in a web browser.

It needs to be cleaned every week or so. Needed to get a new one because my older one got damaged in my backpack.

It's lessened the pain of carpal tunnel. If you have a problem with posture, chiro or osteo can help.

The build quality is atrociously poor. Logitech is a much nicer vertical mouse at the same price.

The metal piece with the letters "ck lo" fell off within 20 minutes of using the mouse.

) is easily struck if you're switching your hand from an unsplit keyboard on the left by touch for the first few days.

Price

Expensive, but this mouse really helps with my carpel tunnel.

Before this review sounds like a shill, i am peeved this costs as much it does, and there are seldom sales nor used units available.

$115 mouse didn't even last two years.

Perhaps it is overpriced, but there should be no price on your well-being and comfort; you want the experience to be painless.

Shipping

Post-warranty editafter shipping the mouse back for repair (at my expense), i received either a new or refurbished mouse within 7 days.

Shipping was a bit long, it was close to my home (montreal), then it was sent in halifax ns, then back to montreal.

Aside from having to pay for the shipping, i am happy for the quick turnaround time.
