I have been using the round dehydrators for years, and while they a great for the price, you get what you pay for.

Weve had the excalibur for one month thats why i gave it four stars instead of five

I did buy a simple appliance timer at the local hardware store for about 12 and that is what we use to automatically shut it off which saved about 75 fron the next upgraded model

So i finally decided that an excalibur would work best as they have builtin timers a very varied temperature range and the fan is located in the back of the dehydrator instead of at the bottom which someone has already mentioned
