Racks can be washed in dishwasher although best to get off crud if the racks are placed horizontal in the washer

You need a large storage area for it and it will devour space while being usedits not particularly quiet but then again its a machine and thats to be expected

The only drawback and the reason for the missing star is that the machine is a bit noisy
