Love the timer and temperature control. Would recommend this product to anyone looking to dehydrate large volumes of food. Dehydrator is easy to use, lots of room and super fast.

Great product, but shipping needs to be looked at.
The replacement came with free shipping, and the styrofoam was mostly in place when it arrived.
Competitiveness
It certainly costs more than many similar products on the market - but it is well worth it.
Not to many dehydrators come close to what this one does.
But those types of dehydrators are not suitable for a raw vegan.

Amazon replaced the first delivery because the fan didn’t work and the coil was bright red when plugged in styrofoam was all broken in package so i expected some sort of failure

Plugged it in and it works fine however the handle was off i found it in the box and reattached it and it’s difficult to put on as the component has shifted inside

We had to unscrew the backing off of it and take it apart to bend the metal screen away from the fan so it didnt hit anymore

I love my new excalibur however i was disappointed it didn’t come with any instruction manual
