I have been looking for a high quality knife and have looked at many brands.
You can see and feel the difference.
Of course the concern is that i would be biased in my opinion of this product.
Normally, we would store it with the rest of our knives, but my wife would not have any of that.
Price
This one really beats knives twice its price.

As a chef, knives are one of the most important kitchen tools.
Quite a large step up from my wusthoff.

Its sturdy durable and all one piece of material

Most knives contain nickel which is very toxic and people have allergic reactions to it

It comes in an elegant sleek black box with the excalibur crown insignia embossed in gold on the outside with a padded gold satin inside
