One rack was missing a couple connectors i contacted the manufacturer and they sent them to me at no charge

The weight of the shipped package is almost 80 lbs

Note the leveling feet were already attached and screwed into the bottom of the legs not separate if it looks like they are missing

The one negative is that corners of a few of the plastic caps that wrap around the uprights and that the shelves nestle over were chipped

They still worked but it would be wise for the manufacturer to put extra pieces in the original package

Well as soon as i opened the box the crushed remains of these little plastic caps fell into a pile on the floor

When assembling it i just tried to make sure that the damaged areas were in the back against the wall so it wasnt obvious

As far as the paint chipping was concerned i imagine if this was the chrome version it wouldnt have been a problem
