Pros
It's a little darker which is fine. The quality is similar to the craftsman h/d ball bearing, but the side panels are 20 gauge ( same as the standard duty ) vs. Excel is is great quality and reasonably priced for tool chests.

Second box i've purchased and both have been in perfect condition because of excellent packing and handling. They stack nicely too. Terrific box.
Cons
I work out of town so this pile of garbage sat unopened for 3 months before i made it home to open it. The finish is cheap and thin.
